Okay, first impression: WONDERFUL. Very clever with the mug, and I really like the repetition of color in the image. I love this a LOT. Really nice font choice too. The only think I would mess with is the kerning. I understand why "club"'s letters are more spaced, but maybe try spacing the others then too, or not spacing any so far.
Hey! I think you're headed in the right direction. I agree with Fran on pretty much everything. However, I think you might need to play with WHERE it's placed within the image. I'm not sure if top right corner is appropriate for DVDs or not.
